Every paddler has a story and for Inez Louis, it’s one of dedication, family, and the pursuit of excellence on the water. Inez is currently training to represent Team Canada at the upcoming World Outrigger Sprints, with her sights firmly set on the 2026 World Sprints in Singapore.
Pictured in the front seat of the car and standing beside a teammate, Inez brings a calm confidence and positive energy to every race. She’s as warm and genuine in person as she is focused in her sport.
Her son, Zane Jasper, is also making waves in the paddling world. Zane, seen holding his paddle and sitting in the middle of the back seat, has been invited to join the V12 Elite J19 crew, a huge achievement that showcases his growing talent and determination.
Together, Inez and Zane are proof that passion and perseverance run deep, a mother and son team charting their course toward the world stage, one powerful stroke at a time.
